When will you ship my items? All items undergo a handling period before they are dispatched, typically within 1 - 3 business days. Please allow an additional 6 - 10 business days for delivery. Note that due to the ongoing global pandemic, there may be occasional delays depending on your location, the carrier we use, and the shipment's origin. Rest assured, we will email you once your items are shipped. You will also receive tracking details in the email. Please allow 1 - 3 business days after receiving the tracking code for the system to fully function.

Can I track my shipment? Yes, you will receive shipment tracking information by email as soon as your product is shipped.

Why doesn't the tracking number provided work immediately? If your order has recently shipped, please allow some time for the shipment's status to update on the respective tracking site. Typically, it takes 2 to 4 days after the items have been shipped for the tracking information to correctly reflect in the system. If you receive invalid tracking details, please check back again in a couple of days.

What can I do if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact your country's postal service to inquire about tracking information. We guarantee the protection of your purchase from click to delivery.
