Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, we may only grant partial refunds, which include:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm its arrival. Subsequently, you will receive either an approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange, kindly email us at info@rylide.com, and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Gifts

If the item was designated as a gift during purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the item's value. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To initiate a product return, please contact us at info@rylide.com, and we will furnish you with further guidance.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Defective/Incorrect Order

If you believe you have received a defective item, were sent incorrect items, or have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us promptly at info@rylide.com.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item, please provide a picture as proof, and we will be happy to assist you by sending a replacement order at no charge or issuing a refund for the affected item.
